The Official Denver Nuggets Store is committed to your satisfaction, offering a 30-day window to return or exchange unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that custom jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your Nuggets gear in its original packaging if possible and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
